Beloved son, antiquities collector, and community leader; slain in home invasion.
Was he actually beloved?
I notice Grom didn’t deign to bring him along on the whole “invading Azeroth” thing, unlike say Durotan and Go’el, or Blackhand and his sons.
Technically he wasn’t slain in a home invasion, he got fisted then shocked to death.
Wasnt that because he was sick?
Garrosh, or Grom? Because Grom was pretty sick but not quite in that sense. Anyway I don’t recall hearing that anywhere but it’s possible.
I believe Garrosh had some kind of sickness or something
Garrosh was left on Draenor because he was sick, not because Grommash didn’t want him around.
Also: Blackhand treated his kids as tools. He robbed them of childhood using Warlock Drain Life Magics to age them into adulthood prematurely and send them to war, and had his daughter killed for the crime of eloping.
No it was Garrosh. At the time of the Azeroth invasion he came down with red pox, a dangerous illness, and was quarantined with others in Nagrand. That’s why he never went with them.
I miss Garrosh sometimes
Yup, and it’s what kept him (and the others who were quarantined) free from demonic influence after Grom drank the koolaid.
RIP Griselda. She was the original ogre lover, before any of us ever had a chance to request them on the forums.
I want to go to the AU where Garrosh is hailed as the horde’s greatest leader.
Maybe, but we all know Gnomes are the best Ogre lovers.
Maybe in the realm of unlicensed fan-fiction produced by people who enjoy tentacles just a bit too much.
It’s canon! One day I will be able to prove it!
