Is Garrosh really gone? He is my favorite warchief. I hate the alliance to the end and don’t think horde should ever work with them and should fight them at any opportunity at all cost. Did he really obliterate his soul in torghast or is it possible for him to come back?

Blizz writers made it very clear that WoW isn’t going to be like Dragon Ball. Characters are dead forever.
He is dead and vulpera do not belong to the garrosh horde so

There’s like 9 places in the game where you can go talk to Garrosh right now. He’s fine. We never saw Garrosh die in the maw anyway, we were flashbanged by the torturer exploding. He escaped, and even if he didn’t, what is stopping one of the other timeline Garroshes from just coming to this timeline to be the new Garrosh for this timeline? It’s effectively impossible to kill Garrosh.

I have seen no comments by Blizzard writers saying that there isnt an “Even More Shadowy Land” that spirits go to after they are consumed in the Shadow Lands
Varian Wrynn has made a few to many appearances for someone that is supposed to be destroyed

he went to the Underlands. it will be very hard to restore his soul, as that place is guarded by the Subjailer, which seeks to end all afterlife in the cosmos.

I would love for Garrosh to come back simply to see what happened to his beloved Horde.
I imagine Vulpera would be the first to go.

I have found that a great many people on horde still love Garrosh and we are without a warchief right now. Just seems like he should come home and throw an axe into Anduins pretty boy face.

Varian died on Azeroth on the Broken Shore. Though Anduin had the vision of him and Saurfang, we’ve actually not seen his soul in Shadowlands. Or at least it’s not been confirmed that was actually his soul making an appearance then. Past that, the only times he’s shown up has been flashbacks and memories since Gul’dan gave him a bad case of dead. So I’m not sure which appearances you’re thinking of?
Except for Sylvanus, because she is their Mary Sue.
He might … not be into Vulpera.

Garrosh is dead.
And his soul is destroyed.
And all souls from alternate universes share the same soul, per Danuser, when faced with there being 2 Draka souls.
So Exarch Hellscream’s soul is also destroyed.
But Exarch Hellscream is also not dead.
So Exarch Hellscream and all the AU War Crimes Garroshes souls are all dead, even though they are not themselves dead and would have a very different soul than prime universe Garrosh did.
So… yeah.
TLDR Shadowlands destroyed all WoW lore forever. There is really no way to recover from it other than retconning most/all of this S***show.

no ones ever really gone. we didnt see a body and in anime, if you dont see a body, they come back.
Time for paladin Garrosh to come popping out of the D̶a̶r̶k Light portal, when Yrel and Army of the Light attack and we get the Void vs Light expansion.
could you use the dark portal to go back in time to stop garrosh from dying in the first place?
