I understand that Garrisons are an older content feature and not a top priority, but I’d really appreciate not getting disconnected while loading/flying into them.

Thank you for mentioning the hearth vs flying in. I tested it today and it’s the same for me, so I guess that’s my workaround.
Ditto. Hearthing is blocked and kicks me out. Flying in gets me there from Stormshield, but there are no walls. All characters can be interacted with but I have grass growing through the floors.
Update: flying in just caused me to go underground. I was kicked off. When I log back in, I’m placed underground and get kicked off.

Besides the issue of Hearthing vs flying in, today I finshed a chapter of the Garrison Campaign where I took Gazlowe’s fast travel option back to my garrison.
When I arrived I loaded in undernearth the world, started falling, and then dc’d. And now I’m stuck in a dc loop on that character.
The cherry on top is the stuck character service doesn’t work, turning off all addons, removing cache, interface, WTF folders and scanning and repairing game does nothing… nothing works!

I’m thinking the Character Stuck service is overloaded because of all these WoD Garrison things. I posted about it in the Tech Forum and the B-Net Website (where you can do the Character Stuck service outside of the game) Tech Forums, as well.
Today I flew in and it loaded properly. Fingers crossed that it wasn’t a fluke and is fixed.
