Garrison Hearthstone (v10.1.5 toy) does not work

i just want to clarify that you’re not attempting to use a hotkey which you’d dragged your garrison hearthstone to prior to the change?

you’re not attempting to use an item which no longer exists?
(because it’s now a toy, not the old “on use” item?)

are you getting the same error if you attempt to use the hearth directly from the collection tab?

Don’t use this very often but have the same issue - the garrison hearthstone simply stalls and eventually DC’s. Doesn’t matter if you try to use it directly from your toy collection or from a location you dragged it to.

Pretty glaring failure on blizzards part, especially considering this has been going on for a month now.

Edit: Can confirm at least the Admiral’s Compass still works. Odd this wasn’t also converted to a toy…

Edit2: This did NOT work - I was in some odd phased envi, dc’d again, and now can no longer login to that character, just dc’s with a WOW51900319 error. Delightful.

Can someone please look into this? It’s been happening for years. Or at least give us a Garrison hearth that works in one of the next patches?

This is a new issue resulting from the conversion of the garrison hearth into a toy, which happened at the start of this thread.

I’ve been experiencing it for years, the garrison hearth crashing and still experiencing it after they converted it to a toy.

What’s your point? The garrison hearth is broken and needs fixing. This is basic stuff that makes people frustrated and want to quit the game. What’s the point of playing a broken buggy game that keeps crashing?

My point is that you should be starting a new thread, because the issue you have been having for years was not caused by the conversion of the garrison hearth to a toy.

I already have before you even mentioned it. Also, the devs don’t like repeat threads but I responded to this one anyway for urgency’s sake.

Please stop arguing with me. I’m not in the mood. I’m not here to squabble with petty forum smart alecs, but to try and resolve an ongoing problem.

If you want it buried in a thread that has a specific title that doesn’t suggest what your issue is, you’ve done that. If you want to find other people who have been having the same problem that you have been having for apparently many years, starting a thread with a title that indicates the subject would be the way to do it.

Update:

Not sure how, but the Garrison and Dalaran Hearthstones work properly.

My garrison is still badly bugged, however (these were present with the hearthstone issue).

  • several core garrison quest lines cannot be finished / continued (NPCs do not exist where they should be for hand-ins)
  • ogre waygates at Spirit Lodge / Mage Tower only work one way (out); clicking on them on the remote end does nothing
  • naval ships are “maxed” at 0/10

Since Blizzard has no contact email, I can find no phone number, my open ticket was closed prematurely because apparently tickets have a “max number of replies” preventing me from responding at all, and what used to open tickets now forwards to a forum which is apparently ignored (I posted in August of last year without a single response), I don’t know what options - if any - I have left.

Almost a week prior to this post, the launcher has somehow broken itself (error BLZBNTBNA00000005 w/ one of two different messages), and can no longer see my WoW installation even when the scan is pointed directly at it. None of the posted “fixes” for this work for me, so lack of customer support is even more of an issue.

Hoping this isn’t my final day in Azeroth.
