Hi, I noticed on alts of the same faction, I could purchase level 2 and 3 blueprints for things I had already achieved; on a Horde alt(opposing faction alt), would I be able to purchase those blueprints as well or would I need to achieve those achievements from scratch? I know in the game, some achievements are per character, some are just Alliance/just Horde and alts, and some are across the board for any alt. Like I have a garrison inn level 3 on my main, and was able to get that automatically on an alliance alt, would I be able to purchase a level 3 inn blueprint on a Horde alt?
Sorry for the long question and wordiness, I just want to make sure I’m clear in what I’m asking.
