That looks like the Houjin Pandaren banner. They are one choice of banner and guard after getting exalted with that faction. Did you get exalted “recently?” I don’t think it should have “auto-selected” them as your guards, but thinking out loud.
Nerd note: in BFA I set my Garrison to Kaldorei guards and banners as another refuge for them outside Stormwind. I have since reverted to the base generic Alliance guards

That’s exactly what they are but you usually need to talk to the recruiting officer to display them.
Okie dokie I know exactly what happened then…was clicking around different NPCs and I recall an option to have pandas defend. Got it. Thanks!
