So with my irl garden going well and the warmer weather it got me thinking. We had the tillers and our own little garden inside our garrison.
How do you all feel if they brought the gardens back in some capacity? I liked the idea of growing my own herbs for raid so I didn’t have to go out and pick them or posting the extra onto the auction house like I did in Draenor.
Yea it’d be nice to see something similar pop up again
Made sense to grow crops used in cooking instead of killing random monsters and hoping they were carrying a carrot around
Right? It’s like, “why is this thing carrying a carrot…” I could get the little rabbit looking things having a carrot, but some npcs would randomly have a usable carrot. It’s like… what the?
Dis already in Shadowlands it just be different, de Queens Conservatory for Night Fae let you plant stuff and tend to em.
This was one of the few things like this i actually enjoyed in eso. Growing something functional is neat!

I still haven’t unlocked my garden in ESO I need to do that at some point (honestly didn’t even know there was a garden so I’m def gonna look into that!).
Yeah I actually just started doing the queens conservatory and one of the spirits gave me a flask and a feast when the time period expired.
Oh that’s awesome! I do like the little garden area in there too with the pods. I have one legendary one incubating atm.

You can go to your farm in MoP if you want to garden and plant stuff. They already did that.
I know but I’m saying for current expac. Like a garden 2.0 (or 3.0 really they did it in draenor).

Haha why not? Like we got gallywix and all that. Sure, add that into the mix too 
I mean I guess. I think that kind of system requires a lot of dev time. If you did the MoP Tillers rep you’ll notice how massive that content was even though it was pretty focused in Halfhill. I just don’t think they want to add literal chores in the game at the current time. Especially when dailies and WQs already feel like that.

Oh yeah I see where you’re coming from on that and I agree. I think if it was more along the lines of the WOD garrison to where it isn’t a necissary thing but just an optional thing you can do to supplement your materials supply, I think it would be good.
Or even going a step further and just adding seeds from other expacs that can be used in the WOD garrison.
I don’t really need the old herbs, but I would like to garden current herbs.
That’s the thing too like if there was a plot in the major city that was yours to use and was like the tillers and you got seeds from gathered flowers, you could, in essence, grow your own flowers.
It would also give people an excuse to go to major cities again.
Idk just brainstorming different ideas.
