So, I may be wrong, but I really doubt it. I’ve leveled ele, guardian druid, lock and evoker so far this expansion. The class I enjoy the most, which I also leveled is SP, and SP has always been my go to. This expansion I just feel like the class is complete garbage. All other classes I leveled I can solo multiple NPC’s, yet with SP I get decimated. Single Target is an absolute joke and I feel every class gets buffed while blizzard just craps on Shadow Priest. It really makes the class I enjoy the most not worth playing and this expansion not worth it either tbh. Kinda hits you in the gut when you enjoy a class yet your forced to play others cause the one you enjoy most is complete garbage. Rant over.

Please elaborate what Pebcak means? I’m just saying all those elites for wrathion rep I can solo on any character mentioned two at a time…Shadow Priest…its a big negative.
Problem Exists Between Chair and Keyboard. Basically he was saying it’s a you issue.
That’s a fair criticism of the spec, it’s not the easiest thing to solo out on the open world with and has a decent reliance on secondary stat balance (namely haste) to get any sort of flow going in the rotation. However, with a bit of gear (Not even a lot, just a bit more than what you’re running around in) the spec plays a lot smoother.
As for what you’ll have to look forward to then. A LOT of AoE cleave damage due to the talent psychic link and being able to stack numerous powerful cooldowns up at once, such as dark evangelism, void torrent, mindbender, and power infusion.
You don’t really get to just push buttons and watch stuff die around you as shadow, but the damage absolutely is there.

Pvp I’m not really struggling. Pve it just feels super clunky like I’ll never be able to do mythic anything or a grp even want a SP for that matter. Maybe itll change with better gear ive just noticed a big discrepancy playing Shadow priest vs other classes.
