In heart of fear, after you kill Garalon the air wall forms that keeps you from leaving the room, and once you leave/log off and wait to get kicked out, Blade Lord Ta’yak respawns.
This is a horrible inconvenience to all collectors, putting up a huge waste of time wall for the new pets that come after Garalon. Yes, I put in a bug report already.
