Gaping Maw Shoulderguard not dropping

I don’t know if this is just my problem, but I’ve been trying to farm the mail shoulder piece Gaping Maw Shoulderguard for transmog. I’ve done more than 20 runs, and all I ever looted was single-hand sword Bloody tideturner, or Harlan’s dice trinket.

I would be happy to know if I’m just extremely unlucky, or maybe I’ve found some bugs that just are important to anyone?

Sorry it’s been a year, but I’m just wondering if that should piece ever dropped for you?
I’ve been running this dungeon and resetting it and running it all day the for last couple days and all I’m getting are the sword and dice…
