Game is very choppy wont even load and my graphics card is going from 100% usage to 0 over and over. Have a 7900XT graphics card so i know thats not the issue. Any ideas?

It’s been doing the same to me since the last update. I was actually looking through the forums to see if there was a fix for it.
Check you graphics settings to make sure your gpu is still selected and not on auto. Mine gets changed from time to time.
What type of drive is the game on?
What CPU?
Sounds like the CPU is missing draw calls for some reason or another. Some other program is occupying the CPU to the point the game is not running correctly
