I’ve reported this bug on 4 occasions, and there are a few threads on it. Everybody else in my groups that we killed her has the achieve and the pet. I have her on all my alts that have never been to TOC Gamma, but not on my main. It seems they have monumentally messed up her coding if you’ve got alts, though not for everybody so work that one out. I force queued TOC every day for a week, killed her 4 times, nada. No response from Blizzard, seems they don’t care.
The lack of interest from Blizzard on this astounds me. They have failed to respond to my bug reports on 4 characters where I also have it on alts that haven’t run it, but not on my main who has. I get there is “new” content that they haven’t been able to code properly despite the game being 15 years old, but why dangle a pet that won’t award where they have obviously just miscoded the account wide achieve on that npc.

Yes very annoying when you set out to do something and it doesn’t happen after you did it all because of a stupid bug they will not fix, luckily I found people with the same problem, other people thought I was doing something wrong
I just received a ticket response from a GM saying that he’s ‘TAKEN A LOOK’ and there are NO other bug reports, which means (in his words) the achieve is working as intended. But he DOES suggest that I … hold your breath here … REPORT IT IN GAME.
Did it on my alt before i even got a reply. Blizzard your priorities are wacked. A botched diablo season 2 launch. Give more to your dev team and base and stop the catering to streamers

Still bugged even after most recent bug fixes…
After 4 tickets I received a response that they have (finally) heard of other reports and admit it’s not working as intended. It’s “on their radar” now and they’re working on a fix. /shrug
i got that response 5 days ago now haha, they clearly just don’t care
yep still bugged just killed her again, no credit yet a guy in the same group had his completed… wtf is going on
