I’ve been doing gammas (they aren’t really bad) and have noticed that they drop conquest badges. Being we’ve moved on from Triumph is there a way we could stop getting conquest and start getting Triumphs in the gammas instead. I understand why in beta you get them it’s to get you geared for gamma but a gamma should be helping to get you geared for raids more then anything and to fill in gaps. Just a thought about the emblems in the current state of gamma.
You receive one triumph and one conquest badge for each boss downed in gamma dungeons.

Yeah as said we get one of each. Seemed weird to me but whatever, I’ll use the conquest to get all the heirlooms.
Fairly certain the 1 Conquest is for Heroic, and then the Triumph is added on top of that for Gamma
Haven’t actually done a normal heroic yet to see the rewards for that though, so I’m just speculating
But they didn’t do this for beta or alpha. If the point of this is to bridge the gap to get people into ICC raid ok gear then with each piece of t9 being 35 or 75 badges and being able to buy trophies with the scourge stones why not to 2 triumph badges per boss. Some have said it’s to buy gems and make gold with but you can always downgrade and do the same. This would help bridge the gap better.
And? We’re in a new tier, naturally the token drops will go up as the tier does
again you go back to what was done in alpha and beta. I’ll repeat what I said. You didn’t get valor and heroism badges in alpha or heroism and conquest badges in beta. If the point of a gamma is to bridge the gap into current raid gear then wouldn’t it make more sense to drop two triumph badges?
I ask again…and? With the biggest gap between fresh 80 and raid ready to date it makes sense to make gear more available
They want the gear curve to be linear, not a straight jump to the end. This much is clear from their design decisions up to now
If they wanted people to jump straight to fully geared then what’s the point in alphas and betas, or even standard heroics, still existing in the first place?
I plan to buy all the heirloom gear!!! I’m kind of an altoholic 
Did Oculus H (non titan rune), the bosses dropped 1 emblem of conquest and 1 emblem of triumph. Last boss dropped 4 emblems of triumph (+2 extra from RDF) and 4 emblems of conquest, as well as cache of the ley-guardian.
Interesting. Well hey, my lower alts will sure be happy for more badges
Was this a bug? I have ran a few today and don’t seem to be getting the conquest emblems anymore.

Yeah this was probably a bug because I’ve noticed that I’m not getting any more conquest either

it looks like that got hot fixed and is just triumph now
This is why we can’t have nice things, I was enjoying the free badge.
Now instead of getting 1x conq and 1x triumph you get just 1x triumph.
