I guess you can if you’re capable of typing 60 wpm. Gaming mouse help alot though and prevent you from get carpel tunnel. I recommend the corsair scimitar pro.

considering you can easily hit 70 keybinds with a keyboard alone, no you don’t “need” a certain mouse
Ayeee the same mouse I use. I moved away from razer’s stuff it seems poorly made tbh.

I got 2.4k playing with a trackpad and no mouse.
Eh that’s just a perk of playing rogue. Most classes cant do that besides dh. I’m pretty sure I could of set up a gaming race car steering wheel and got 2.4 with dh.

gaming mouse? Are you trying to say an mmo mouse? Absolutely not all you need is a standard two side button mouse. Also for the record to the earlier comment about scimitar pro those are absolute trash (may as well have came out 10 years ago things a brick, poor switches, horrible setup buttons if you have a larger thumb will hit your pad) at least get a naga pro (the newest wireless, optical switch, swappable panels not that old unreliable “razer trash” one like pikaboo uses lol) if you think you want to try an mmo mouse.
I myself am currently on the logitech g pro x superlight i pre ordered months ago finally came in highly recommended along with viper ultimate for ambi shapes otherwise death adder pro or G703 lightspeed for a ergo shape unless you prefer more buttons then see above.
More buttons are helpful, but MMO mice seem a bit much to me.
Use shift + control modifiers in combination with the buttons on your mouse (mouse wheel up/down, mouse wheel click, back, forward, etc)
i couldnt play without a mouse with buttons on the side no
I’ve been 2k+ on every class with the same setup
i use a g903 with and just modified the side buttons to be ctrl and shift and then just triple up on my bindings
