Gaming Keypad for Girls

I am a female with hands on the smaller side and I have never had a problem with any gaming mouse feeling too large. Xbox controllers though… what even are those? I just can’t!

Don’t be afraid to admit you have small hands OP.

this.

fwiw, the naga fits average sized female hands better than the logitech g600. the logitech is HUGE. I love it, but it def doesn’t fit my hand well.

If it was me, I’d fully admit it, lol. I’m currently using a razer nostramo, but I might get a tartarus for myself when I order hers. I think my hands are about average, though I have never really compared so I suppose I’m not really sure, lol.

Same here, I couldn’t get used to that mouse. My thumb was too big too press just one of the buttons, as well it was hard to find what button my thumb was on. It messed me up on FPS games too since I grip my mouse when I play those, so Id be squishing the side buttons which felt really weird. lol

I have a Naga currently, it seemed like a cool idea but using my thumb to hit buttons messes with my precision mouse movements. I’m going to go to a deathaddler next time I replace it.

The hell makes a mouse gender friendly? Not like my logitech has a peddle for my weiner, if it did that would be where my jump key would get rebound to.

I still use my g15 :’)

Keebs as a hobby is so expensive lol.

I bought a Tartarus for my wife and she didn’t enjoy it. It throws me off, too. Its basically the same as a keyboard but something about it causes my brain to lag a bit when using the movement keys. I can’t quite explain what it is or what is actually happening when I try to use it. I’m thinking it might just be the hand rest and the way my hand angles or maybe Razer is trying to reprogram my brain like all international super villains tend to try. Don’t tell me otherwise. They are an international super villain.

I am not a female but I can tell you that the Razer Orbweaver is fantastic. It does not take a genius to program. In addition, you can do many advanced things with the programming as well. Lastly, it has a full adjustable thumb/hand placement on it. I started playing on a similar game pad from Razer years ago before I got the Orbweaver, and I could not EVER imagine going back to keyboard bindings. Period. Full stop.

Curious why you would only want to get input from girls? Do you feel girls using a key pad over a guy would make a difference?

Logitech g600 is good for any sized hand.

Chick here. Smaller hands than most men. Probably on the slightly larger size for women. Bought a Tartarus on the Saturday past. I’ve not had any issues with the keypad. It is definitely easier than using a keyboard (and I’m a touch typer, so a keyboard was already easy).

This. I have tiny girl hands and it took me forever to find a gaming mouse and the G502 is PERFECT. Every other gaming mouse I tried was way too big and uncomfortable.

You can actually map the dpi buttons to other stuff. I never change my dpi so I have the buttons on the side mapped to disengage, feign death, cheetah and turtle. And you can map them per game so I have them mapped to different keys for Overwatch and HotS. It’s great.

I rock a Razer Tartarus and a Logitech G300s combo and it works for me. The Tartarus has an adjustable palm rest which is nice, though I have it extended as far as it will go and I’m a dainty little thing.

Personally don’t like anything from Razer, low quality, so I avoid them. Someone mentioned Logitech and that’s a much better choice imo.

Small hands make hotdogs look bigger…

Aaanyway. For the OP.

I used a g13 for 10 years. That thing was amaze. But some of the buttons were hard to reach

Using an orbweaver now and its even better. Much more comfortable for my smallish hands. The full mech keys are kinda loud. But not unbearable. If i was to buy again id get the mecha-membrane version.

Its definitely a “worth it” purchase.

Edit: orbweaver only uses chroma V1. So if you have other chroma periphs thats something to consider as well.

In addition to a keypad, I also use a multibutton gaming mouse (not sure which one). I’ve got an additional 8 buttons (plus standard 2). Between my keypad and gaming mouse, I never have to bind keys to shift + something. Which for me was a game changer. I’d recommended having both for any gamer.

I also have the G13 but use it with a 5 button thumb ball mouse .

the main 2 mouse buttons are for moving and 2 of the others are bound to my mouse and the extra action button that pops up from time to time. The 5th one really doesn’t get used.
