[Pulp Free] on Vashj – Heroic Raiding Guild of Grown-Ups Who Still Pass the Vibe Check
Are you an adult with a job, family, or at least a vague memory of what daylight looks like? Do you still want to raid without turning your calendar into a second unpaid internship? Then step right up.
We are Pulp Free – a heroic raiding guild on Vashj that’s been gaming together since at least Legion (some of us are basically Azeroth fossils). We’re a group of chill, funny, and responsible adults who like our juice smooth, our raids drama-free, and our evenings full of boss kills and bad jokes.
What we do:
- Heroic Raiding: We get AOTC every tier without making it a second career.
- M+ Keys: Some of our members push very high keys (while others just push buttons and pray).
- Community: We’ve been together long enough to finish each other’s… raid calls.
What we don’t do:
- Yell at people for standing in fire. (We’ll laugh, but we won’t yell.)
- Require you to parse like a pro gamer in your spare time.
- Pretend we don’t have work/kids/Netflix to get back to after raid.
- RBG - seriously it was awful, never again.
Raid Times:
Tuesday & Thursday
9pm – Midnight Eastern
(aka “just late enough for the kids to be asleep and the snacks to be opened”)
Guild Rules (100% serious, don’t question them):
- Snacks are mandatory buffs. If your mic crunches, it’s a parse gain.
- Pet tax on Discord. Dogs, cats, lizards—whatever you’ve got, we want to see them.
- All loot drama must be performed in interpretive dance.
- If you pull extra trash, you must deliver a 30-second stand-up comedy set before the next pull.
- Dad jokes are DPS buffs. (If you don’t know one, we’ll assign you one.)
- Wipe recovery protocol: Blame lag, then laugh, then pull again.
We’re looking for fun, chill players who want to raid, run keys, and pass the all-important vibe check. If you can bring the DPS and the dad jokes (actual dadhood optional), you’ll fit right in. Healers should be ready to heal the raid and our inner child.
