Games Crashing wow51900319

Last night while questing on my main I was booted off my account to that error. When I attempted to log back in I would get the black screen of death many have been getting since 8.1.5. I followed all the steps I have seen (delete WTF and Cache, disable twitch and discord overlays, changed setting to DX11, disabled addons, etc). Anyone able to help?

Here’s a list of steps you can try for that specific error:

If that doesn’t help, you’ll want to reach out to Tech Support directly.

I always have this issue after some major patch. This time when I tried all the methods in article 112213 as posted above, it doesnt work. I wonder why this is a prevalent and recurring issue. Cant bliz do something about after soooo many years? I hardly encounter such issues with other online games. Now i cant seems to get this fix… really irritating…

Attempted all the methods listed including a few I saw for the black screen many users are experiencing and nothing has worked. Something really has to give…

Unfortunately, the CS forums are not the best place for help with Technical issues. You’ll want to either post in the Tech Support forums, or as I suggest before, contact Tech Support directly. Links for both are located at the end of that support article.

Edit: And it looks like this got moved to Tech Support for you

Hi Bonnego

Let’s start with a DXDiag system report:

The second section of page has DXDiag report instructions - *we don’t require the MSinfo report.

That will be a wall of text. If you have issues pasting on the Forum here go ahead and put it up on pastebin.com. Provide the link code portion of the URL - example below.

(The green bold portion of the link: https://pastebin.com/**Qk28Ed1P**)

To be clear is this occurring only when you attempt to log in to your main character or do you even get that far?

I tried to submit a ticket and it doesnt go through. Where can I submit a ticket to fix the Web ticket page, so that I can submit another ticket to fix my issue of WOW51900319. lol.

My issues originally started with the black screen where you could hear music and see the mouse cursor after starting the application. Now its not doing that anymore but once I log in I pretty much immediately experience lag and the application crashes with the wow51900319 error.

dxdiag url ending: fTcEBQcE

Hi again Bonnego

The Intel driver is a year old. Both the Intel and Nvidia graphics work in tandem. You would want to update that. Here is the Dell Support page.

https://www.dell.com/support/home/ca/en/cabsdt1/product-support/product/g-series-17-3779-laptop/drivers

Select “Category” then “Video” Download this driver:

Intel UHD Graphics 630 Driver Video 03 Jan 2019

Let’s update the Wireless and Ethernet adapters as well. Under Category select Network. Pick up these two drivers:

Realtek PCIe Ethernet Controller Driver Network 31 Dec 2018

Intel 9260 9560 9462 8265 8260 7265 3165 WiFi Driver Network 07 Feb 2019

It looks like you are behind on Windows updates as well. Type “Windows Update” in search box. Click the “Check for Updates” that appears. On that pane click the box “Check for Updates”. (windows does not automatically install some updates)

I just completed all the windows updates Ive neglected to do and appear to be fully updated, as I have also updated all drivers you recommended. I’m still experiencing the same issues, I’m able to log into my main but immediately I’m disconnected with the same notice (wow51900319).

I also am having game crashes all the time. Usually occurs when I use my hearth stone to or loading Dalaran (Legion). Everything is up to date. Only started this after the patch.

I was able to get on an alt briefly and mess around before it crashed. But my main crashes instantly in stormwind harbor.

One of the steps on the support page that Perl listed was a full UI reset. Did you try that. Temporarily uninstall any addon managers such as Twitch.

Yes I have been receiving the same type of problems lately, I had tried repairing it but to no effect. I tried restarting the blizz application and my computer to no avail. the only thing that worked was just rebooting and closing the wow application over and over. but it took almost 15 minutes.

I have done a full ui reset and uninstalled all apps that could interfere (twitch and discord). I also attempted to disable all third part apps in the selective start up under system config and the crashing on logging into my main to error wow51900319 is still occuring. I’m also currently working with someone from support via web ticket so I have been doing a lot of different fixes… nothing is working.

You know Bonnego when I see these disconnects with no apparent cause I think Malware. Let’s run a quick scan there. Malwarebytes has a nice stand alone scanner for that.

If it finds things quarantine - then paste the log on here.

I downloaded and ran a scan, it detected no issues.

You know we haven’t actually ran any connections tests here Bonnego. Let’s do that:

The instructions are on this Blizzard Support page:

Once you have the tool open enter the IP number for the server group you play on in the WinMTR box then hit start.

24.105.62.129

(include periods)

Leave it run for 5 minutes or so - don’t try to log into game. Then try to log in - when you crash leave it run for 30 seconds. Then use the button that copies Text to your clipboard. Paste that on your thread here

*You may need to alter or remove any URL addresses to paste on forum.

Might be easier to paste it up on pastebin.com provide the end code again.

I just completed the scan as requested, ran about 7 mins before running the game then once it crashed I continued for a few more minutes. The end of the url for paste bin is: zbhBWdTM
