Eh. Not sure. I’ll think I’ll pass, I’m a bit conflicted as to how I feel about WoW currently so I don’t feel it fair to vote either way.

I love the game and always keep coming back to it but the past few expansions just haven’t gripped me. It’s not the content, there is more content than ever and it’s constantly being expanded upon. But I think the systems are what do it for me.

Things like WF/TF making rewards not feel rewarding is just one of my many gripes, and now after years of being on the side of “pathfinder isn’t an issue, we don’t need to fly when it’s just a convenience” I jumped on the other side.

Namely because after a change in how I thought about it, and now I feel that because flying is delayed in the game the game doesn’t design around it. Everything you do is designed around ground travel so flying literally becomes just a convenience, previous expansions such as TBC which opened up new areas to you when you could fly at max level, and WotLK which unlocked new zones for you when you could fly, this felt rewarding as a player.

Right now I don’t really feel the want to jump back on the treadmill. Give me back meaningful progression, rewards I can feel good about obtaining and then I’ll vote in the next one. For now it doesn’t feel fair to vote for the diluted experience we are currently getting, especially when it would simply be because as an OCE player I can’t experience many MMOs at their capacity.

I wouldn’t participate in CBS content, but I’ll take this stand that I still enjoy WoW and hope you all win the award. I think WoW is in difficult times (bare raid rosters and difficulty finding pugs support this), and I hope that you all put care/concern into the game that matches your fans’ continued passion (The forums are full of this!). :slight_smile:

Blue’s aren’t the people who address in-game issues. Your gripe is with someone else. Don’t attack people like Ythisen just because they bear the message and are a face of the company.

Voting in General Discussion versus voting in the General election.

Ok. Tell ya what. I’ll give you my vote. But it’s going to cost you 6 months worth of subs. And I don’t mean game-time subs, I’m talking edible subs. Firehouse, Quizno’s, Jersey Mike’s ,etc. Send me a gift card or two and I’ll register.

I feel so horrible for all of the negative responses you’re getting and will get for this. There are a few of us on the forums still loving WoW, and of course a good chunk of the playerbase. I’ll pass this on to the guild this evening.

On behalf of my wife (warlock main of 12 years), my five children (all WoW players) and myself, thank you.

Personally, I feel the game has had better years. There are critical areas that need to be addressed and should have been during the Beta. However, The music, art, and graphical details are better than they’ve ever been, but I don’t feel that alone could warrant a vote for WoW in my opinion.

Can I vote for no confidence in the genre? Because in no way does FF14 deserve it just as much as WoW doesn’t.

Agreed. You can’t take it out on the poster, it’s merely their job to post these things in the community.

Any criticism people offer should be generalised and not directed at the OP.

On a side note: Couldn’t vote for sovietwomble for streamer was sad- but hes under best gaming moments.

A vote for soviet is a vote for us! (no seriously go watch his youtube stuff, its hilarious)

Back on track: Voted for Overwatch once or twice, but i’m not on great terms with WoW right now, sorry :frowning_face:
