Gamera is making his return after his 16 year absence fighting 5 different kajiu. The kajiu that are confirmed so far are Jiger and his archenemy Gyaos.
Yea, the animation isn’t the best but its nice to see Gamera making a come back. Other 3 kajiu would be most likely from the showa era. My guess the other 3 will be Guiron, Viras and Zigar.
Looks like the Asian version of G.I. Joe meets Godzilla.
yea I know alot fans wanted to see Iris and Legion to come back as well but I still believed they’re going to focus kajiu from the Showa era just to give some love.
Gamera was suppose to compete with Godzilla when Godzilla’s popularity was rising in Japan. Sadly Gamera wasn’t popular and had like 8 films before they put that franchise on hiatus. They try again in Heisei era and that trilogy was really good a version of Gamera…then came 2005 film and that film flopped thus his 16 year hiatus.
