Recently i have started noticing an issue where the game will launch at 30 FPS even during menus and loading screens, this does not happen every time and seems to happen randomly, no changes to the settings seem to have an effect on this.
GPU: 4060 RTX 8GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G

Nope, sometimes it will function normally at high fps
would check to make sure the nvidia app isn’t trying to optimize wow
is your power settings on balanced or high performance? control panel all control panel items_ power options_ To activate the “High Performance” plan if this is not there , open the command prompt and copy/paste the following command: - powercfg.exe /setactive 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c - and hit enter. also there is FPS settings in the games graphics settings
maybe this workaround from may 2023? idk but i’d try it.
