I bought a 6 month subscription and had been playing for 3 months. My subscription is good until the end of May. I try to log in and get the error saying I need active game time to be able to play. I check my subscription and it says it’s active until May. Customer service is non existent. Is there anything I might try to resolve this issue?
Are you logging onto the right account? I’ve seen people complain about this before, only for them to discover they had the wrong account selected in the launcher.
