Game seems pure frustration

Just everything about it. Log on to get frustrated. Instead of enjoyment, u just get pissed it seems lol. Maybe it’s time to let it go.

The game has so much potential with some tweaks but Blizz are too stubborn.

Who exactly are you talking to here?

Probably the 12+ million players they lost since Ion was lead designer

Look at account page, see end date. Make a plan.

MIne says June 8th. I will pvp till then since its a nice time filler.

They say wait for april. big plans…just you wait and see.

I got 4 chars to carry over decently by June 8 to wow 10 as is now. needs to be some really big plans to stay to prep the other 12 members of the alt army lol.

Ah… and here comes the hyperbole. Right on time. :slightly_smiling_face:

Don’t even know what this means.

If you honestly believe this game is in a healthy state right know I don’t even know what else to tell you. The fact that giving transfer bundle discounts for all the dead servers isn’t proof enough that this is a problem doesn’t occur to you shows something about your mental state. Players like you are just responsible for this games downfall as the devs.

If you enjoy the game, continue to pay.
If not, why are you still here?

Please show me where I said it was. I’ll wait.

There’s a difference between saying the game is crappy and throwing out “facts.”

Glad some of you guys are enjoying it. I been at it for 15 yrs, off and on and even during off kept my sub. How much I liked it. Just never felt this frustrated before playing. :man_shrugging:t2:

A good guild helps.

I logged into XiV and saw 500 bajillion players so that’s now what the kids call an objective fact.

But then I logged into Neverwinter Nights and there was at least 3 googolplex of players on my screen so Neverwinter is now the number one MMO.

If you deny my lived experience you are nothing more than a sad, sad troll, clinging to a dying game.

What’s sad is that the game used to be fun.

This is the problem. Always hyperbole.
Truth: game is struggling due to a series of lousy decisions by the devs, due mainly to arrogance and stubbornness.
Hyperbole: everything sucks, WoW is dead, all servers are completely empty and everyone saying something else is a Blizz employee.
How to turn perfectly legit opinions into trash.

I did LFR today and it almost felt like I was playing Elden Ring by the sheer amount of mechanics you had to do.

There are times I get frustrated when I realize I’m doing it to myself. Especially at the end of an expansion like this, there is zero reason to stress about getting things done as quick as possible, hitting every rare that pops up on the map, etc.

Not to say that the game doesn’t have it’s frustrating moments, but there are plenty of times I realize its my mindset that is just as much to blame. I have a lot more fun when I slow down and enjoy the ride.

Take a step back and think to yourself, “do I play WoW because I enjoy it, or do I play WoW because I’ve always played it”.

If the answer isn’t firmly the former, take a break for a couple weeks.

If you genuinely do not enjoy the game anymore, you don’t have to come back, but if you’re just burned out and need a break for a few weeks, the game ain’t going anywhere. There’s no indication that this patch will be anything but a long one, so don’t feel obligated to turbo-nerd it just cause it’s new.

Yea that sums on 9.2 in a nutshell at this point.
