Game screen Locked out by WoW Info & maybe an Azer Pug app box

I can see SW moving around behind these other two screens. I can’t exit out of WoW Info. I can’t close the Azer Pug App box. I have rebooted & restarted. I had just transferred to another realm & applied to a guild. Before the lock up, one of the toons I have in the new realm shows I’m still in the old realm’s guild. Appreciate the help!

I don’t recognize either of those as part of WoW. If this is correct, it’s unlikely anyone here would have an answer, since this support site is only for WoW itself, not third-party applications.

so, we pay for the game, there is the Azer Pug App box covering the screen and we cannot play. We just delete the game?

You would contact the maker of the other app or uninstall the other app. There are to many other apps for blizzard to be familiar with them all.

You will want to uninstall the app from your computer and do a UI reset should fix the issue.

  1. Completely exit World of Warcraft.
  2. Uninstall any addon managers to make sure they don’t re-add your removed addons.
  3. In the Blizzard Battle.net desktop application, click Options (the cogwheel next to Play button) and select Show in Explorer (Windows®) or Reveal in Finder (Mac®).
  4. Open the World of Warcraft® folder.
  5. Open the folder for the game version you’re troubleshooting (retail, classic_era, or classic)
  6. Rename the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld, and WTFOld.
  7. Re-launch World of Warcraft so the changes can take effect.
