Game says Loremaster of Zandalar done, but no completion on any character?

So I’m trying to finally unlock Vulpera, as I never got around to doing BFA on any Horde characters in full. Or so I thought. I was starting Voldun today when I noticed in my achievements I somehow have Loremaster of Zandalar done, supposedly, but it’s not saying what character earned it and cycling through any characters at-level don’t have it done either.

Also, if I go to WoWHead’s Attunement page, it’s marked Incomplete for Vulpera also, even though the game is saying someone finished Secrets in the Sand, somewhere. Anyone able to shed any light on this?

Some achievements will grant credit for the equivalent achievement for the other faction. (And the way this happens can sometimes feel really really weird.) So, that’s how you can have the Zandalar achievement without ever doing the individual zone ones.
