Hi.
I’ve experienced this issue where the game reloads (and/or crashes) whenever I try to transmog or even open the appeareances tab. I’ve seen a few threads about this. Does anyone know what could be causing this and if Blizzard is looking into it? It started since the last patch but I haven’t seen anything regarding this from Blizzard.

Same with my wife and I. Very frustrating as transmog is one of my joys. I tried removing all addons, clearing the wtf folder and cache and still reloads. I found if im outside of a capital city its better, you can transmog you just have to let it crash repeatedly then it eventually settles down.
I even updated graphics card drivers and tried lowest slider thinking it could be somehow a hraphics card issue even though its only a year old. Still crashing as you describe and only since last patch.
A lot of people are having this issue. Like, this is straight up hell. My computer is a very good gamer pc, this is NOT our fault. This radio silence is straight up offensive.
