I received a Razer Deathadder V2 mouse for Christmas and installed it today on the computer I normally use. After a couple hours use the zoom wheel would no longer zoom out, but only in. Even after uninstalling the Razer software and fully rebooting I cannot ‘zoom out’ from my character screens using any other mouse or keystrokes. To make matters worse this issue now appears on my laptop as well even though no Razer product has been used on that machine. It almost appears that my entire Warcraft account is corrupted in this manner.
To make even MORE worse I cannot submit a help request to support due to a “Chat or interface problem!”
Obviously, any help in rectifying this would be appreciated!
Update: This turned out to be a lost Keybind Issue. Not sure how, but the Camera keybind for the ‘zoom out’ was not merely over-written but unbound entirely.
