If it helps, the front page of WoWHead has timers. But I agree that there should be some kind of notice in-game.

While I agree with you and there should be in-game timers, there is a WA that puts the two timers on the screen

Elvui and Windtools have timers

Yes! Yes! I see where this is going!! More timers = more rushing to do things = more free time to do other things = I won’t = I will just complain about how I am bored = even more timers needed.

Where is it at in Elvui?

Its part of the Windtools extension. I said elvui because you cant have windtools without.

I got cha, thanks!

Windtools will also tell you in your chat window ten minutes in advance of the event.

I agree. Should have an option in the UI for a timer for world events. Constantly missing them.

Pretty sure they are referring to event timers in the open world so they know when activities are becoming available.

Timer ruined M+!!@O#I!@#O

Doesn’t that happen on the big events like the soup and the raid? I suppose it would be nice to see when an elemental storm is about to unfold.

anyhow, just making jokes is all : )

We don’t want a third party add-on. Even if there was just an NPC in Valdraken who told you the current status of all DF world events and the time till the next one, people would prefer that.

i got weak auras for timers

Yeah, it would be nice if they were included by default, although even the Centaur caravan timers sometimes don’t work/show up on their icon.

In the meantime, these weakauras will give you event timers, and you can disable everything else you don’t want.

There are no event timers on the default UI for siege or feast. I currently use Tamas DF helper weakaura to track them.

Sorry, but OP did not state he/she did not want WA, are you OP? If so please edit your post to say “DON’T WANT TO USE WA” If not did you ask him/her if they were ok using WA so you could post on his/her behalf?

Are you talkin about that weakaura that occupies 50% for your screen?

He addressed his complaint to Blizzard, not a third party mod developer.

Regardless, people are exhausted with the, “EXCUSE ME? EXCUSE ME SIR? THERE’S A MOD FOR THAT. YOU CAN STOP COMPLAINING, THERE’S A MOD FOR THAT” excuse.
