I cant get into game past the loading screen it always goes back to the main menu screen not computer savvy so don’t know how to upload file to get a ticket so I cant even submit my complaint can someone help me with this issue please.

Does this happen on every character you try to log into? Do you happen to use any addons? Any more details will help narrow down what kind of issue this is.

@Lbarious yes it will go to the character screen but wont load past that it goes back to the main menu no I don’t use any addons at least I don’t think so
Okay, it sounds like you may be running into an older hardware issue, then.
Please collect a DXDIAG and post it here using the Preformatted Text button in the posting options. Just make sure the full DXDIAG contents are between the Preformatted Text tags.
