In the Ringing Deeps, I am seeing serious lag, spell and loot lag particularly. The lag seems to be within the game itself, rather than my connection to the server, because I have 50ms world latency, and it is not happening in Dorn. Sometimes restarting the game fixes it, sometimes not.
Perhaps it is a hardware issue. My specs:
2017 Retina 5k 27" iMac
3.4 GHz quad-core Intel I5
Radeon Pro 570 4GB
16GB 2400 MHz DDR4
macOS 13.6.9
Edit to add: anecdotally, I suspect it may have something to do with going to the surface and then coming back to Ringing Deeps. It seems to happen after I’ve gone back up to Dorn for something.
