Game keeps crashing

I’m not sure what’s causing it. I was playing for about an hour before i started to get the error and my game started crashing. I says something like access violation or something and that something can’t be “read”.

Unfortunately, we can’t use those codes for troubleshooting. When Blizzard had a tech support team, they had a tool to decipher the codes. However, since they discontinued courtesy tech support 2.5 years ago and disbanded that team, those codes are now only useful to the QA department (that’s why there is a button to send the info).

This forum remains as a player-to-player troubleshooting area. Sometimes, members are willing to review a diagnostic report for any glaring issues. Can you link a DxDiag here?

  1. Press Windows Key + R, then type DxDiag and press Enter.
  2. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  3. Name the file dxdiag and click Save.

Please note that there is no guarantee what’s causing your issue will be apparent from a DxDiag and you may need to do more investigating on your own or speak with a PC technician.
