I was afraid i wouldnt be able to play when i couldnt even play beta because it crashed before i could even get in game.Yes i have the requirements on my pc to play and i have completely deleted all and anything to do with battle net and wow on my pc and then reinstalled it all and still cant even play prepatch now.All was good with remix and dragon flight but now game is beyond broken.I wander if i can get refund for epic war within and I guess have to quit playing after 20 years. and my six month sub too.
If you don’t post actual data, nothing can be done. Post a dxdiag report
For a refund you will have to put in a ticket. As to your crash concern, more information would be appreciated. Dxdiag, msinfo would help. There should also be a log file created for the crash in your wow install path.
I try and copy paste to here and site says doesnt allow links lol
It’s due to your trust level on the forums. You can enclose them in code blocks for traces, you can also use a site like pastebin that will let you post large text files here from msinfo and dxdiag files, by using the code line until you get to Trust Level 3.

Unfortunately, the hardware in the report you provided does not meet the requirements for Dragonflight or The War Within. In some cases the game will run on hardware below the requirements, but any patch or update may conclude that ability.
Were you trying to play a different WoW era? Cata?
worked fine up to tuesday when patch became live.I been playing dragon flight just fine with it.
I understand. That’s why I said if you are using hardware that does not meet the requirements, it can stop working at any patch or update. We just had a patch/update.
I am aslo having this issue, but only happens on specific chars. I can play retail just fine as long as I do not attempt to login to a few specific chars.
Are you also using hardware below the minimum specs? If not, you would be having a different issue.
