We had days of “selected servers” down a week or so ago and now the instability of the system is making it impossible to log in for more than a few minutes.
I get that these things happen but there’s not only no mention of it on BlizzardCS (on X) but they’ve suppressed the posts made by folks trying to get some answers there?
Ion? You there? Is anyone at Blizzard home right now?
This is just awful.
I’ve seen monkey poop fights at the zoo that were better organized than this.
It wasn’t “third party issues” that didn’t post an update or a status for three days after the problems started. That was Blizzard’s odd definition of “Customer Support.”
If you had any critical reading skills you’d understand that this is about CS, not the outage itself, but I suspect I’ve identified the problem correctly with regards to that.
Days of unreliability with no word from “Blizzard Customer Support” - not even an acknowlegement that it’s happening - I’m not demannding an immediate fix. I’m asking for some transparency on what’s going on - not security stuff - just “We’re aware. We’re working on it. We’ll let you know when it’s up.”
Right now it’s just “Screw you. we got your money. What are you going to do about it?”
I’m not sure which words in “suppressed the posts made by folks trying to get some answers” is tripping you up, but given the general quality of the response, I’d say pretty much all of them.
If no one is even looking at system stability outside of banker’s hours, why even try to run a 24/7 online business.
So, you have a day. A day that you deserve. Hopefully it won’t involve stepping on legos barefoot or anything unfortuanate.
How you managed to find that in “no one is probably awake yet” and info on what happened last time is beyond me.
But hey, keep going off. lol
There were thir party issues with servers, according to the blue post that was updating people:
I asked about the CS stuff, chief. You ignored it.
When they have info, they provide it. Here’s another example:
So that’s now two examples of when they had info to share, they did.
Keep in mind that CS can’t give any info until the engineers or tech team give them something to tell us. It’s customer support, not customer service.
Would it be nice to get something right away? Absolutely. But things don’t work that way. Troubleshooting and finding the issues to give that info needs to happen first.
And people need to be awake for that.
Honey, I told you I’m not on Twitter. I have no clue what it means to “suppress a post.” Your hostility is nonsensical.
Again, if it means posts were deleted, given your attitude, I’d delete them too.
You’re having a childish meltdown and logic went out the window for you.
Thanks, it’ll be fantastic as it’s mom’s 80th birthday and family flew in from out of town!
Please learn to be a better human being. You’ll feel better.
