“Hello ma baby, hello ma honey, hello ma ragtime gal…”
Throw back moment.
I was wondering if at some point in the future you folks at Blizzard could compile a list of statistical information for the playerbase to browse.
A variety of the content I was considering.
Portal taken by everyone. Ever.
Amount of different foods eaten. Ever.
Respecs. By class. By total population.
Deaths. Deaths by. Battle Ressurections.
How many times armor has broken from damage.
Flight Paths ever used. Specific ones.
Amount of gold used on postage.
How many of every instance that has been generated.
How many unique chat channels have been created.
Times Thunderfury had been linked.
Damage breakdowns per Boss. Per dungeon. Per raid.
This and 1000 more. Ideally with information from over the course of, ever.
If you ever need or want a better idea of what the playerbase would like to view.
We can do it. Let us know.

Yeah it’s like we have the stats page for our characters but so many of those stats have not been updated or only update on old consumes or instances. Like “Health Pots Drank” I think is one and it only count likes classic health potions.

I do remember when they used to publish some fun statistics like this. Deadliest mob of the week type stuff. I remember defias pillagers being one of the worst offenders in that category because of how rough moonbrook was at times.
It might take some time to compile data for these, but I always enjoyed these fun types of statistics.

I loved the statistic rundowns we got from hardcore, and I’d love to see something similar for each major patch. It would be great to have “personal” statistics but even more general ones (like Akariliselle suggestion of deadliest mob) or things like “player spent X number of hours in this pool from this raid boss” or “Together, players avoided X millions of damage by sharing the soak in Y dungeon”.

I wished that the game team would go a bit further with the stats during the anniversary event, showcasing some game information like Larian Studios did with Baldur’s Gate 3 in the first week and the one-year anniversary of the game. I will understand if this information is considered strategic to the point of not being displayed to the public.
I think we could have our own version of World of Warcraft after 20 years.
