Recently, everytime I open specific menus such as transmog, collection tab, World Event (picking an event from Faerin) my game freezes for about 5 seconds or so. All of the assets in the world either turn gray or disappear entirely and then reload. This has made the game extremely frustrating to play. I have tried turning off all addons, using different graphic settings, updating drivers and updating Windows itself. None of this has worked and I’m not sure what to do at this point. Honestly, might not play until this is fixed.

That is almost always a recoverable video driver crash. Would try older drivers. DDU to remove the newer ones and install ones from February for Nvidia.

Same issue occurring here. Have tried all the above fixes, even the DX11 one, and I am still having issues.
I’m not sure that it’s just an NVIDA GPU issue either given the number of reports of this that have been popping up for well over a month at this point.

i have been having this issue as well. i started adjusting some settings for graphics and disabled low latency mode. seems to have fixed the issue for me, does this work for anyone else having this issue?

I really don’t think this is a driver issue, it was happening with the old driver I was using, updated to newest driver no change, rolled back the driver to the one before the one it started happening on and still no change. For me this started with the introduction of overcharged delves.
