I just resubbed to WoW. Got on my old main and did a quest where I went to Nazmir and Uldir with Magni and Brann and had MOTHER portal back to the Heart of Azeroth.
The quest ended me at Heart of Azeroth and when I used the teleportation plate to go to Silithus I got loaded in then I get disconnected from the game. This has happened every time I try to load in and I see a brief screen of the sky with no assets loaded in and then I get disconnected.
Mine is the same way, I am about 5 bars from 50 on my monk and I cannot even get into the game :(. Can someone please fix it or send me back to Boralus so I can play from there. It is super annoying.
Same thing happens to me. I was leveling a character in Chromie time, and when I hit 50 I was in the middle of a battleground. Normally when you hit 50, you’re pulled from wherever you are and kicked out of Chromie Time. It seems as though my character is stuck halfway between Chromie Time and BFA. I was able to pick up the feeder quest and go to Zulduzar, but I am not able to get into the new version of Silithus to meet with Magni. If I take the portal from the Great Seal, I port into an area with no textures, fall through the world, and get disconnected in about a half second. That continues to happen every time I load in. I need to use the self-serve character stuck to get them out of the loop.
You can use the self service character stuck tool once every 8 hours to get out of that DC loop, but my character is in some weird in-between phase thing where every mob is scaling to it. I can’t do any legacy content on it because the situation that character is in.
@korentella, you are the best. Thank you so much for helping me to figure this out, I got sent to Westfall, but at least I can play the game. I totally appreciate it.
The problem is I can’t even make it far enough into the game to access the character stuck tool on that character before being disconnected.
You don’t have to, you can do it through here. Go up to support and then search unstuck.
