I am not complaining about my 7 days ban in here, however I am complaining about the system.
This situation should be addressed as healers have faster queues and thus gaining more reports compared to a dps spec. The game system only counts the total number of reports and does not take into consideration the number of games played.

The system seems to be working fine as we can see you being abusive in chat. Moreover, they only provide a SAMPLE of things you MIGHT’VE said to trigger reports.

I assume you are looking at the sample chat which may be referenced when you appeal. When appealing the system takes a sample, usually from some of the first reports received in a given time period. Those aren’t the lines that resulted in the penalty.
