Hi there. So my game keeps crashing. This is about the 3rd time now. Twice while in the Bank in Silvermoon City and the other flying to a vendor in Silvermoon City. I have checked/emptied cache, updated my drivers (thought that was the initial issue, apparently not!), I have also repaired the game. I saw another topic with somebody else who was having issues with the game crashing but didn’t want to over take their thread, so I’m adding mine ..

Check your memory, I think the errors are showing possible issues. Might have lead to a bluescreen, so check the temps too. Check your PC health report.
The report does seem to be missing data, like drive space. Make sure you have a internal ssd, and that it has at least 15% free space.
It’s also missing the manufacturer name, so I can’t verify Bios, but as it is a 3600 it probably is up to date for what it is.
Ok, just bare with me as I really don’t know a lot about the inner workings of a computer, I research the problem and go from there and also reach out to those who are more tech savvy than myself..
Currently my (SSD) Windows C Drive is sitting at 137GB out of 237GB. The DxDiag was saying “No Problems” in each of the windows for each of the categories (Display, Sound, Etc). Due to having an SSD all of my games get installed on D Drive. (Prior, WoW was installed on C Drive but had to be moved over to fit War Within).
I will note that my Graphics Driver didn’t have a successful update and had to then be manually installed .. which went sort of successfully which then resulted in a failure that lead to Blue Screen and a restart, and when it came back, there was no driver, so I had to install it again and this time it worked. 
Side Note: I just did another repair on the launcher.
The GUI (Graphical User Interface) does not display errors, you can only retrieve them from the fully exported report. Your report is missing a lot of details.
What type of drive is that? Only SSDs and NVMes meet the requirements.

I believe my D Drive is a physical drive within my computer.. that came with it. As stated I don’t know all of the the technical terms for the various pieces to my computer.
As of right now, I have been on the game for about 20-25 minutes and have not crashed. (knock on wood!)
Edit: I forgot to note that I turned off all of my add-ons.
So drive D is an old HDD (Seagate BarraCuda 2TB), which does not meet the requirements for Blizzard’s games. Unfortunately, they run quite a bit slower than the newer technologies (SSD and NVMe).
I recommend replacing it with an internal (NOT external/USB) SSD to prevent further issues.

Thanks for your suggestion, though I have never had an issue with WoW being on that drive. I’ve managed to not crash so whatever it is I did, fixed the issue.
What Elocin was referring to was eventually that drive will either fail or WoW will no longer work on that drive you’re currently using and you’ll be in a real mess then. So I would at least look into getting a new ssd drive or internal Nvme sometime in the near future.

Edit/Update (5:06pm CT): It happened again. This time just trying to get to character screen after logging in. Perhaps it’s time to look at a bigger SSD or other options as maybe this is the beginning of the decline of my D Drive.
