I’ve had no issues running this game until the latest update on August 20, 2025.
Game launches fine and plays as long as I’m stationary. Immediately crashes while entering dungeon or flying across area.
It freezes, get the beachball and I either have to force quit or my entire mac crashes and restarts.

I wasn’t able to get on classic wow. Wanted it try it…… blizzard told to update OS
I now have sequoia…. Classic works. Now retail doesn’t……
My main char is on Retail….

Same here. 13" 2020 Intel MacBook Pro 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 w/Iris + 16GB memory.
WOW on Sequoia has been high unstable since I upgraded to it. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. The latest is if I do a fresh install, it will work for one day, and then will lock up my Mac hard if I launch it next day. Very weird.
Locks up hard at the “connecting” screen. Have to do a hard reboot.
Fortunately I have a 10 year old PC at home that runs WOW perfectly.
EDIT: It occurs to me the game always runs if the cinematic plays. If it is skipped after viewing, the game locks.
