This happens if I use addons or not. It usually happens when loading a character, but sometimes on launcher start. Access Violation is reported back to WoW.

It would indicate a addon is broken
Blizzard doesn’t review whether add-ons work with the game or function properly individually. Once you troubleshoot which one is causing the problem, you’ll want to take it up with the developer of the specific add-on.
Resolution
Looks like a reinstall of Windows 11 H2 fixed the problem. I updated bios after the first round and it looks like I needed to reinstall H2 update and it is now fixed.
