Game crashes on login loading screen for specific character

This is on Windows 10, not Mac. Intel CPU, NVIDIA GPU. Beta build 4.4.0.54339

Logging into character Sergan - Classic Beta PvE. I tried most of my other characters and they worked fine.

Had you been able to successfully log into Sergan previously? If so, where were you last when you logged out?

its a addon causing the problem mine was ratingbuster
