I’m an annihilator devourer enjoyer (I know, shoot myself in the foot). Multiple instances this week in both dungeons and raid I’ve encountered a bug where I get stuck at 99/100 Fury and CANNOT reach enough fury to void ray. No matter how many consumes or reaps I cast I’m just hard stuck at 99/100 Fury. I then have to just spam consume/reap and run over souls until I have 50 to void meta and then the bug fixes. Anyone else have/seen this issue? Apologies if this is the wrong sub forum to post this.
Talent into unrestrained fury in the class tree (2nd row 2nd icon) and that should fix those issues.
You should have 120 fury not 100. Check your talents on the class side and make sure you are taking unrestrained fury. Not even sure how you could not take it due to pathing to be honest.
