Any word from Devs yet?
They now have the investigation messages on the Launcher and a thread in Tech Support. Currently they are investigating the Auth and instance transfer issues. No ETA on when it will be fixed but they hope to update the TS thread.

Blizzard knows, if this wasn’t a game, they’d be looking at a class action law suit.
This is pathetic … especially since we’re barely into 2024.
Maintenance day (we’ve known for years) falls on a Tues.
I’ve lost count on how many days this year the maintenance window sides and then it becomes 1 or 2 hours on Wed, then few more on Friday, then we’re back to Tuesday.
If I did this much maintenance with all the clients I support (especially when they’re trying to login and can’t get authenticated), I would be fired.
This much downtime only points in one direction… Blizzard does NOT know what they are doing! If they did, we wouldn’t be seeing this enormous increase.
I’ve worked on multi-million dollar networks for decades – systems that would dwarf anything that Blizzard has now, so nobody at Blizzard can tell me, “gaming platforms are different”, because they are not. Windows, Linux, Unix, you pick… the network and systems are only as good as the administrator(s) behind it… Period!
I challenge Blizzard to prove me wrong… lets go an entire month, with only Tuesday for maintenance. Honorable goal indeed… by the looks of their track record.
