During the first boss fight during the immunity phase, everyone places their orbs in the correct space and nothing happens. The boss continues to be immune, and there’s nothing that can be done but wipe.
This may have been posted before. I did a quick google search and didn’t see anything.
Removing the orbs and replacing them doesn’t help either.
I’ve never seen or heard of that bug. Are you 100% positive they were in the right spots?

Are you sure that the person announcing it didn’t mess up?
Haven’t seen that big since 8.1 beta. High chance someone was putting it in the wrong one. Also if you do put it in wrong one you have to press console twice to place it in.
that has happened to me a few times…this season as well (always during a push key, go figure).
not much you can do cept die fast and kiss your key goodbye 
I’ve seen this happen twice in probably 300+ gambit runs, and I was told by a few people from one of my key teams that it happened to them yesterday.
You can put all the orbs in the right spots, they can’t be taken back out or clicked, and the floor damage will grow to the outsides of the room until you wipe - only way to reset it. Uncommon, not sure what exactly causes it. I haven’t seen it in awhile though.
This has happened to me once I believe last season. The healer said GG and left, then we fiddled around and it eventually
Worked for some reason after about 30 seconds. We re invited the healer and he flew back to the dungeon lol.
I’ve also seen one this season where someone went to go pick up one of the runes from its spawn location, it went onto them for half a second, and as soon as they started moving it disappeared. The other 3 people got to place theirs in the correct spot, then there was nothing to be done.
Upon wipe/reset, it worked fine the next time around.
