on Thursday 3/13 my guild Parts Unknown, went into the new raid Liberation of undermine (Lou). To clear bosses and farm loot for our party, one hour into the 2 hour raid session we cleared all bosses and killed Gallywix. The very sought after “Eye of Kezan” droped and I was lucky enough to roll a 100. I was the only one who rolled a 100.
Shortly after the kill we decided to attempt a few bosses in the heroic side of LoU before everyone rolled for the item I left the instance and moved into heroic thinking since i looted the boss and my bags werent full the item would appear in my bags after the rolls went out, 30 mins has passed since we moved into heroic and I never got the item, I figured the item would be mailed instead. 1 full day later I didnt get the item in mail or in my backpack, ive spoken with multiple guild members and we all are shocked by this bug and even more sad by my only god roll to be all for not.
its now Saturday and still nothing. please help
