During one of the later bomb/add phases of heroic Gallywix, a remaining bomb was sliding across the surface of the platform towards the boss at the edge of the platform. There were no players close to it. I was still able to run along side it to pick it up with my extra action button and throw it over the edge, so it appears it was not just a visual/desync glitch.
