Gallagio rep is 2499/2500 2 weeks in a row

My Gallagio rep is stuck at 2499/2500.
I was at about 1699 before killing Gallywix which should have put me above 2500 but kept me at 2499.

Mine is doing the same. Any fix yet?

Same. I am stuck at r12 2499/2500

I was stuck at renown 3 for weeks, then just this week I started receiving renown for killing bosses again. I logged in last night and was rewarded 7500 rep and went from renown 4-7. I still feel like the catch-up mechanic isn’t working, why wasn’t everyone rewarded renown 9 like they mentioned?
