I have been bugged week to week at 2499/2500 rep for Gallagio, and so far it’s been fine since I have been able to get the ‘catch up’ rep the next week. This week, I killed vexxie and recievced no rep at all. please fix this

been stuck at 2499 too. Cleared the entire raid on normal, with no effect. Might try heroic.
I had seen that I potentially could have gotten the Dark Moon Buff last week, and it would have given the +1 rep to get rank 20 but I couldn’t at that point as I had killed all bosses.
Worst case, I guess run LFR next time Dark Moon Rep is around? But come on…

i went in and did a a gally run after a reset about 4 weeks back i did not get any rep that week and thought it will fix itself up the following week but know i am stuck at level 19 2499/2500 went and just did gally and vexie and no rep cant put a ticket in just sends me to forums were i read others have same issue
BUMP , having the same issue still. customer support told me over a month ago that it was being worked on , clearly not true. fix this
The response I got from dev. It’s a situation. That can’t be individually fixed. Gotta wait for the next big patch. Kinda like the shadowlands glitch. I had awhile back.

I know that this matter is frustrating for you already, so I did my best to check and what I found is that we have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. I’m afraid that currently we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided as support. And I highly recommend submitting a bug report using this link describing what you’ve encountered in details as it might help our devs by giving them more insights to fix the issue:

These guys are pathetic. They have known about this issue for over a month now and have done nothing to help those of us affected by it. What a crappy company.

Same problem here. I have been stuck with 2499/2500 rank 19 with no new rep for the last 2 weeks. Its so sad

bump, was stuck at the beginning of the week. just ran another LFR boss and didnt get any rep, still stuck at 2499/2500 renown 19
