Hey friends.
The level 14 feature for the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club renown track, “Step Right Up II” does not seem to be working as described.
The Tooltip for the feature says, “The Busted Rune Dispenser has been repaired and now always gives at LEAST one Crystallized Augment Rune, with a chance of up to 3 for repeated uses. The Gallagio is not responsible for any damages caused during this process.”
The tooltip is not accurate or the reward is not working. I am only receiving L.O.S.E.R. Tickets.
I did not interact with the machine until getting to level 14 on this renown track so I could use this reward. However, after getting to this level, the reward does not seem to be working. I have tested it on two characters, and I have one friend on another account that experiencing the same problem.

I tried five characters after getting to rank 14 and no augment runes.

Having the same issue unlocked renown last night and logged into an alt to get an augment rune this morning and received a loser card instead.
Bet this was is an intentional due to the rep bug early season and they forgot to revert it.
this seems like a great time for a blizz rep to comment and tell us if it was intentional or not…any minute now would be nice. Is it once per warband? is it once per character? Anything would be helpful
I had the same issue - waited to interact with the machine until reaching Renown 14. I filed an in-game bug report that directed me to post here…the response follows:

I’m Game Master Aeadidru, and I’m here to follow up on your case. It seems like there might be an issue with The Busted Rune Dispenser as you have the level 14 of the Gallagio club “Step right up II”.
Now regarding your concern and after invesitgation, I would like to share that I could locate a World of Warcraft forum where other players seem to be having the same upcoming issue [linked to this post] this would indicate that the mechanic can not be working as intended and for that our next step here would be to submit a report about this bug as we Game Masters are limited to address in game issues or we are unable to manually provide the rune as much as we’d like.
However your report will alert our World of Warcraft team, who will investigate, locate the issue and address it as soon as possible, and I would gently ask you to provide as much information as you have. You can submit a bug report in-game.
I wish to convey my sincerest hopes for your continued enjoyment in the game. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience on this matter. Please remember if you encountered another issue or doubt, feel free to contact us.
