Hi,
Yesterday I found out about the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club reputation system, so I started doing LFR raids. Even though I looted the bosses, my reputation didn’t increase at all. After that, I ran Normal and Heroic raids, and even a Mythic boss — but still, no progress whatsoever in my renown.
It seems like the game is treating the bosses as already counted, even though I had never received any reputation from them before. I only started the reputation system yesterday, so this is my first time interacting with it.
I’ve already checked my in-game mail and submitted a ticket, but support redirected me here to the forums. I’m currently stuck at Renown Level 1, and I can’t seem to gain any progress no matter what I do.
For context: I’m a DK with ilvl 669 and have no issues doing raids.
P.S. I haven’t used any cards or bonuses — again, I just started the Gallagio rep yesterday and never engaged with it before. I simply want to level it up, but it looks like I’ve been locked out from progression right from the start.
