Hello, last week I completed Renown 7 of the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards and I earned the gold card for damage buff. As of yesterday, weekly reset my renown level rolled back to 1100/2500 on Renown 7 and I’m not sure why. I’ve logged into a few characters and cleared my cache, this did not resolve the issue. I have not ventured into the raid yet this week, should I open a support ticket for this in game? Is anyone else having this issue?
